Punctuality

As a courtesy to all our guests, treatments should end at the scheduled timings. Please be punctual to avoid your treatment time being shortened. Hence, we encourage you to arrive ten minutes in advance before your session.

 

Cancellation Policy

We seek your understanding on our policy pertaining to cancellation of appointments.

There will be a reminder SMS/call to all customers one day before the appointment. Kindly inform with our staff should you need to reschedule your appointment.

  • If you arrive late by 30 minutes or more for body or facial treatment and 15 minutes or more for hair removal treatment, your appointment will be cancelled automatically and regarded as NO SHOW, and will result in 100% charge for services booked.
  • If you need to re-schedule your appointment, we will be glad to assist you. For cancellations or changes in appointments, a minimum of twenty-four hours’ notice is required in order to avoid being charged in full for any scheduled appointment not attended. No shows will result in 100% charge for services booked.

 

First Time Visits

If it is your first visit to the Bon Elements salon, please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment as you are entitled to a detailed consultation on your skin and/or body concerns.

 

Respect for Other Guests

Please respect the peaceful and tranquility environment and privacy of other guests by speaking softly. Kindly switch your electronic devices or handphones to vibration mode.

 

Health Conditions

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your reservations.

 

Valuables

All guests are reminded that they are responsible for their own property and belongings. Please do not bring any valuables during the day of treatment. We shall not be liable for your loss.

 

Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
